I got totally overwhelmed with Blogging and haven't done it in a LONG time. But I thought I'd just quickly list some changes happening since I started Raw Food.
♥ More Energy
♥ No more Brain Fog
♥ no more itchies just out of the shower (sensitive skin)
♥ need to shave legs less often
♥ no more food cravings!! Yea!
♥ Lost 15 pounds
♥ feeling GREAT. . .
There are probably more, but I have to get going with my day. I'll update as I remember more.

ReplyDeleteAre you really raw? Because I haven't gone one single day completely raw. I tried it one day but I made veggie soup for my family and ate it because I was too lazy to make a salad. You might have to challenge me and then I could.
